Founded by Nicola Gardiner, Slopes And Balances offers specialised bookkeeping solutions to support businesses' financial health.
Before founding Slopes And Balances, I spent over 10 years working in finance and management accounting roles across forensic science, engineering, manufacturing, research and development, and agriculture.

This experience means I bring more than bookkeeping support. I bring analytical thinking, attention to detail and a proactive approach that helps clients understand their numbers and make informed decisions.

​My mission is to create clarity, order and balance in your finances, allowing you to focus on what matters most - running and growing your business.​
